{"id":726,"date":"2021-07-19T09:24:05","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T08:24:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psd2meniet.nl\/?p=726"},"modified":"2021-07-19T09:24:07","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T08:24:07","slug":"whitepaper-gepubliceerd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.psd2meniet.nl\/en\/whitepaper-gepubliceerd\/","title":{"rendered":"Whitepaper published"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At the end of last year, it became clear that the evaluation of PSD2 would start <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/psd2meniet.nl\/evaluatie-psd2-pas-vanaf-q4-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\">only by the end of 2021<\/a> Therefore we decided to write a whitepaper with our insights from the PSD2 project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The white paper elaborates on a number of solutions that can easily be used to fix these omissions. These are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>better informing of consumers<\/li><li>detecting special personal data in transactions<\/li><li>filtering of this data<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The most important privacy by design solution from our PSD2 project is the PSD2-me-not-filter. In the white paper we discuss this in detail. In this whitepaper we describe how special personal data can be detected. This can be done with a list of account numbers from which special personal data can be derived. With this list we have built an API that makes it possible to filter the list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The white papers have been sent to regulators, privacy NGOs and all AISPs that are in the <a href=\"https:\/\/euclid.eba.europa.eu\/register\/pir\/search\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EBA register<\/a> stand.
